Sometimes the best thing you can do is surrender to what is. To recognize that so and so condition or circumstance is out of your control. When you do you free up time, energy and mind space to allow the things you can control to flow into your life. Like love, kindness, creativity, ideas and inspiration. So when you feel like youโre pushing against something, let it go. Let it go and know all is well. Because it is.
I wrote this mindful Monday post early this morning - and itโs not Monday, itโs Tuesday. Because well, it just didnโt happen yesterday and, my friends, I let it go.
