Yesterday was month’s end. It’s always a fun crazy banana pants day for my 🌟Best. 🌟 Team. 🌟. Ever. 🌟. Lotsa energy. Lotsa laughs. Lotsa focus. Some intensity. And always lotsa FUN.
Well yesterday also happened to be the day that our new kitty “Frank Sinatra” came into our lives, changing our lives forever in the best way possible.
I’m a cat person. We have a dog and I love her so much but truth be told I’m a cat person. Grew up with four cats. Have always had cats. I love cats and cats love me.
Dakota and Montana (age 10) and I have been manifesting a stray kitty. “Why a stray kitty?” you ask. Well, one member of our family does not enjoy kitties. And, we reasoned, if a stray kitty needed a home, well, we just COULDN’T say no.
So we’ve been looking for stray kitties while on our daily adventures. “Is that our kitty? Is THAT our kitty? Maybe that’s our kitty!!” We’ve also been going to the Animal Shelter Parking lot in Warren Rhode Island to say hi to the stray kitties who hang out there, hoping to win their hearts.
We were getting ready to be ready to be ready to be ready for our stray kitty to show up. For our manifestation to unfold.
One day we were walking and I spied a cat carrier at the end of a driveway. “Are you giving this away?” I asked the homeowner. It was an affirmative so off we went, cat carrier in hand.
Another day we were on the beach and came upon an empty bag of cat food (?!). Trash? Not to me. I explained to my Chickens 🐣🐣🐣🐣🐣 that this was yet another sign … our kitty was coming.
On Friday a woman posted on Next Door that she’d found the most amazing kitty and asked if anyone had lost him. I immediately responded that if the owner didn’t materialize, we would love to adopt kitty.
Yesterday she messaged me that kitty was ours if we indeed wanted him. “We would LOVE him!” I responded, knowing also that I’d need to talk to every member of our family to ok the adoption of our new family member. I also knew that it was month end and I had a lot to do before midnight.
I coach my clients and my 🌟Best. 🌟 Team. 🌟. Ever. 🌟 to follow their highest excitement, and everything else will fall into place. Even when it feels irresponsible, out of the ordinary, not according to plan and/or scary. ESPECIALLY when it feels scary. Follow that excitement! Things will always go well.
So Frank Sinatra is now a part of our family and everything flowed as it should have, even though at times I wasn’t quite sure where the chips would fall.
So it’s all about get into alignment, and then. Get into alignment and then follow your highest excitement. Get into alignment and then let go of the attachment to how it was “supposed” to go. Get into alignment and then breathe through the fear of the unknown. Get into alignment and then trust. Get into alignment and then choose. Say, “I want that.” And own it. Know it will be. And then, relax, let go and watch everything you’ve asked for unfold. In a way that is even better than what you’d dreamed of.
Once you’re ready to be ready to be ready to be ready. No such thing as an “overnight success.” Just getting into alignment and then….
