I started practicing Prana Power Yoga β¨ππ»β¨ in our kitchen. Used to practice in our bedroom but HHβs breathing was distracting me (itβs 4 am and heβs still sleeping). ππ€£ππ And as we know from the Law of Attraction β¨ππ«, what we focus on gets biggerβ¦.
Now that Iβm on the floor in my kitchen every morning at 4 am for an hour or so Iβm noticing stuff Iβve never seen before, even though weβve lived in the happy white pineapple πβ¨ππ«π for over six years.
For one, the floorboards are dirty.
I am a #virgo so I get excited to clean them. Iβll do a few poses, then clean a little. Do a few more poses then clean a little.
I donβt feel like doing it all at once. That doesnβt feel fun.
This is a metaphor for life. Do you want to eat all the food for the rest of your life in one meal? Do you wanna breathe all the air for the rest of your life in this moment? Nope.
You also donβt want all thatβs in your Vortex now. Too much at once. And your inner being will never give you more than you can handle. Itβs never going to be βthat next big step.β Nope. Itβs gonna be little steps which all feel like the next logical step.
So easy does it. One thing at a time. Enjoy. Breathe. And cut yourself some slack.

Here.
Now.
Remember, if you feel impatient, you are in lack. And when youβre in lack you cannot manifest that which you desire. You canβt get there from there. It defies the Law of Attraction β¨ππ«. So practice being in the receptive mode. Move out of lack and into satisfaction. It doesnβt have to be about that thing you are wantingβ¦you have resistance there so best to focus on something else. It can be about anything! What do you feel satisfied about now, in this moment? Focus there. And watch what happens.
