Our dear friend’s daughter is an amazing dancer (and singer!). She was asked to dance in the Macy’s Parade. We were all So excited! ✨🎉✨ I finished coaching my morning clients and snuggled in on the couch with my Chickens 🐣🐣🐣🐣🐣 to watch her dance on tv Wahoooo!! 😊🌟✨💫
When the cameras turned toward her dance team my Chickens 🐣🐣🐣🐣🐣 burst into laughter. Wait a minute…hear me out. They were not being unkind. It was about the sheer NUMBER of reindeer dancing. There was not a chance in **** we would see our superstar. Well there was a chance but it was very small.
We didn’t see her but that’s not the gestalt of this story.
Here’s my point. We work so hard we try so hard we wait wait wait for “That” moment so all can see us! And then, often times, in “that” moment, there are eight billion other reindeer dancing so we’re not even “seen.”
But..we ARE! We are seen all day every day by our inner being. Our inner being loves and roots for us all day every day no matter if we’re made up, dancing, singing, or just doing daily life.
It’s not about the big things. It’s about everything. The little, the big, the medium, the fun, the exciting, the every day…it’s all the stuff. It’s the journey.
